Carbide-tipped circular saw blades with conical teeth, for cutting laminated chipboards

These blades are used for the cutting of chipboards or M.D.F. panels, coated with decorative film layers. The final surface of the cut presents a high degree of smoothness.

The angles in the figure are: Clearance angle α = 10°
Sharpening angle β = 65°
Rake angle δ = 15°

The front cutting edge is on a concave shaped tooth alternated by another tooth that is shaped like an isosceles triangle with inclined sides at 30°.
Viewed in the direction of the radius, the rake surface appears to be conical. The distance on radius between the two tooth tops is of 0,2-0,3 mm, the triangular shaped one being taller.

Carbide-tipped circular saw blades with trapezoidal teeth

These circular saw blades are used for the cutting of chipboards, M.D.F. panels and solid wood in semifinished furniture products at the required final dimensions, as well as for the cutting of light metal profiles, tubes and pipes.

The angles in the figure are: Clearance angle α = 15°
Sharpening angle β = 60°
Rake angle δ = 15°

The front cutting edge is on a trapezoidal tooth (designed to split the material) alternated by a tooth with a straight front edge (designed to enlarge the cut).
